The Quahog Cottage!
- 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath (with outdoor shower), sleeps 6

The cottage has a large living area with eat in dinning room, big family room and updated kitchen. You step out of the kitchen into the private back yard which has a large patio, dinning table, grill and outdoor shower.
On the second floor we have a large master bedroom and good sized second bedroom plus a full bath. The 2nd floor also has the massive roof deck with lounge furniture, which is a great hangout spot.
Downstairs we have the 3rd bedroom along with a full bath. This bedroom also has its own access to the outside. The washer and dryer are also located down here.
We have high speed internet and plenty of places to set up a desk if you need to get any work done during your stay.
You`ll have full reign of the house and all of the outdoor spaces.
We want you to have an amazing experience, so we`re here to answer any questions or help with anything leading up to and during your stay!
Walk to the beach! We`re 1/2 mile walk to first beach.
2nd beach, Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge and Purgatory Chasm are all right by.
We`re less than a 10 min drive to downtown Newport where you can enjoy world class dinning, shopping and night life.
Walk to the beach! We`re 1/2 mile walk to first beach which houses Newport`s famous- Cliffwalk.
2nd beach, Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge and Purgatory Chasm are all right by.
We`re less than a 10 min drive to downtown Newport where you can enjoy world class dinning, shopping and night life.
Plenty of walkable restaurants in the area as well.
Dogs are allowed at a $50/dog/stay rate. If you`re going to have your dog sleep in bed, please bring your own bedding.
Also, by bringing your dog we have an agreement that if they ruin anything you`ll cover the cost of repair.

Absolutely beautiful home- spacious, clean and very well appointed. Excellent location and the welcome bottle of wine was a perfect touch. Our host was warm, informative and communicative. We loved our stay!!

Incredible!We had a wonderful trip, the home exceeded our expectations in every way! This house is super clean, and updated throughout. there was everything we could need in the kitchen. For the bedrooms and bathrooms, it was also really well stocked. Tons of towels, plenty of blankets, beds were all very comfortable. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues.Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

The cottage was lovely and well appointed. The listing was spot on. The location was great a quick walk to coffee and a few restaurants and an easy stroll to Easton Beach and the Cliff Walk
