A wonderful way to visit the area! Great view of the beach, easy access down the hill, cooling breeze at night. Checkin and checkout were easy. Excellent communication by the host. We hope to return in the future.

View is the center piece to this home away from home. No comfortable furniture except for the bed. Stove and oven don't work but a hotplate and toaster oven are in it's place. Also 3 charcoal grills avaliable for use. Which we did daily. It's like stepping back in time with the decor. But like the title says. The view is priceless. All said and done, we'd definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the good first. Great location. Large house. Excellent view from the East, South and West. King bed was very comfortable. House was clean. Carport was great for unloading and entering house. All one level. Great to listen to the waves and people watch. Now for the bad. This is a very 1950's house with worn metal cabinets, a big old stove that didn't work so they put an electric hot plate too small to use for anything but heating water in the tea kettle or cooking 2 pancakes. We had to call about changing a very dirty bath mat. The furniture is 1950's bamboo frame with cushions which looked straight out to the ocean through 3 huge dirty windows that didn't open. The other couch was a sleeper sofa. There was only a small box fan to cool the whole house.The weather was beautiful, in the 70's but the house got too warm for comfort and the deck didn't have any shade, umbrella or table. You had to move a heavy iron lounge out to the deck and found a beach chair from the storage room. Our 4 night stay would have been better if there were more fans at the very least. But they didn't have any more to give us. We actually thought about leaving a day early. We're 70 yrs old. Maybe some of this wouldn't bother people that are younger.
