Condo Rental, Enjoy beachcombing, sea, and sand only 1 block away. Your coastal stay here is near all that the Avila Beach, Port San Luis and coast has to offer. Condo is a short walk to the Avila Pier, stroll the beach, drive out on the big wharf at Port San Luis and enjoy the restaurants and entertainment in the area. Ocean and pier view from window, attractively furnished and redecorated, well-equipped with amenities for an enjoyable stay.
Kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, large and small appliances.1 bedroom furnished with Queen Size Bed. Bed and bath linens provided. Living room provides Cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and a queen size air-bed. Lower level and handicap accessible. Shared laundry.
1 off-street parking space.

Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to:
1.) Bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture
2.) Take the dog to a local pet resort if there is a complaint about the dog

The location of the property was spot on!! Beautiful view and right by the beach and restaurants and shops. It was quite hot and only one of the two small fans worked. The bed was full size, not queen. And the air mattress did not stay full with air all night. Overall great location but would not stay here again.
