This small yet cozy Avila Beach retreat is just 30 seconds walk away from the beach, dining and shops. 2 bed/2 bath with a 300 square foot outdoor patio area to enjoy sunsets and morning sunrises. Complimentary Wifi and laundry onsite. Room 1 enjoys a queen size bed while room 2 accommodates a full size bed. Please note this unit is part of a multi-plex establishment and noise sensitivity between the hours of 10PM and 7AM is requested. Come enjoy a few sunny days in beautiful Avila Beach and relax your worries away.

Really nice place and the location is absolutely perfect!!!! Tony was great! You're just a block from everything. Super comfy bed and nice little kitchenette.

Perfect location! Good value. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay! Suggestions below:Missing several expected amenities (body wash/bath soap, coffee filters/first day coffee, min. fuel in bbq propane tank, small laundry detergent). No turnaround in parking area (driveway) for larger vehicle. Need a light for bottom step of stairway. Suggest deck be swept for spider webs. Deck chairs are unraveling. Thank you!

This place was perfect. It has a better view than shown on the site, and is simple, bare bones and easy. Has beach chairs, towels, dishes, coffee maker and a few books to read, as well as small but decent televisions.Owner was incredibly easy to work with.

This a a nice house with an awesome view. The view makes everything. Parking was a challenge. There is nice greenery and an old avocado tree. The beach is just a few minutes away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
