Communication was good and the apartment was clean. It had a kitchenette. Be sure to read the fine print about the other bed. It's listed as a pull out couch, but in the complete description it is an air bed, but it is a very uncomfortable air mattress that moved on the floor, and rocked every time you moved. Not very appealing to senior citizens. I slept on the couch. Also there is little or no insulation between units and we heard every noise especially the children upstairs. Location is good.

We had a very nice stay with multiple families in close proximity. This property is close to the beach and a short walk to the downtown area. It’s furnished nicely. This is our second stay at the property.

The location and condition of this property is great.
However, the bed is smaller than listed.
Also- In the process of resolving an accidental lockout, communication with the property manager was very uncomfortable.
