This second story 1 bed/1.5 bath condo is located behind the vintage Avila Grocery store, which is located right across from the beach. Large wrap-around sun deck with gas BBQ. King bed in the bedroom, along with a 33" stream-ready TV. Living room has a 40" stream-ready flat screen TV, fireplace, and a Queen sofa sleeper.
One off-street parking space in a gated carport area under the unit.

Location was great, short walk to beach and dining. Only complaint was outdoor wasn't clean like interior - railing was filthy and there was lots of spider webs and dirt on steps/surfaces.

This is my second stay at the Boathouse and I absolutely love it. I would honestly live there! The location is amazing. The property itself is clean and well stocked. Communication with the property management co was flawless. I will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at the "Boathouse". The exterior picture does not do it justice. The inside is clean, cute and comfortable. We enjoy the quick walk to the beach and the convenience of being so close to the Front St shops and restaurants. We will be staying again in the future.
