About this house rental
Modern, comfortable, spacious house, located in a very quiet area, very close to the Vendres pond, ideal for walks and beaches 7 km away. On one level (note that about fifteen steps must be climbed from the street to access it).
Nice swimming pool out of sight. Security cover.
Trampoline. Available, in addition to the essentials, board games, PS3 and games, books.
Quality bedding. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Bed linen provided on request at an additional cost (10 euros per bed) This includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and pillowcases). Same for the bathroom linen (10 euros for a large towel and a glove)
2 WC.
To enjoy the beautiful days, plancha to cook outside. Garden table and chairs on the terrace. umbrellas
Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo machine, toaster, fridge freezer, food processor.
TV and internet. Books, DVD PS3 games available.
Cleaning products are provided as well as two tea towels, two bath mats and two hand towels in the toilet, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and dishwasher tablets.
At your disposal also vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, brooms, washing machine and dryer. For the pool, games, mattresses, buoys, french fries.
Mosquito nets on bedroom windows.
The strong points: the situation in a very quiet area, bakery, pharmacy, press point, La Poste accessible on foot, swimming pool out of sight, Valras Plage and Vendres Plage beaches at 7 km. Large and medium-sized stores in Sérignan 8 km away. Open on Sunday. Very close to entertainment and outings (tree climbing, horse riding, restaurants). Tennis courts accessible on foot. Béziers 15 minutes by car.
House located 5 minutes from the highway exit.
A deposit of 600 euros by check with identity document will be requested but not cashed, as well as a payment of 70 euros if the cleaning is not done.

I can only echo what other people have said about this property. The check-in process was faultless, the host was very helpful & friendly and the house was extremely clean, modern and well equipped. We loved having private access to the pool and being able to watch the sun go down on the outdoor space while enjoying food grilled on the plancha. It is also very well situated, in a quiet neighborhood within 5 mins walk of the town's shops and with the larger supermarket and beaches just a short drive away. Overall, I can't recommend this property highly enough and we would love to return one day. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

This place was so lovely and had everything we needed. The pool is perfect and the air con much appreciated! Comfy beds, great kitchen, clean bathrooms - we had the perfect stay, thank you

We liked everything about the property... it was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. Location was good too. Really appreciated the blackout blinds. Slight downside was that the neighbour began a major renovation project outside, with large and heavy machinery every day, but this is obviously out of the control of the host. We loved our stay and will return!

We had a very lovely stay at your vacation house. Everything was clean and available. A 10 min drive from a big supermarket en the sea. The location of the house was very peaceful. Clean pool and safe for little children. Also not far from the big road and near different interessting town. We Would return.
