About this villa rental
The villa "La pointe du Lac" is a house ideally located between pond and sea.
The house is located in a quiet area of the village of VENDRES 5 minutes from the beaches, VALRAS and SERIGNAN, and 10 minutes from BEZIERS.
It is air conditioned and can accommodate 12 people + 1 baby.
House completely renovated in 2020, quality services, combining comfort and refinement. The rooms are spacious and sunny, new furniture and equipment (2020).
This villa offers a privileged and rare location. You will have the pleasure of having your meal with the setting, a wonderful sunset over the pond of VENDRES.
A large space in front of the house allows the parking of several vehicles.
Modern fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher ...).
5 carefully decorated rooms can accommodate 12 people + a baby without being cramped. Sheets are provided.
Bedroom 1: 1 Family bunk bed (1 double bed and one single bed)
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed 2x1 person
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed
Bedroom5: 3 single beds.
The very spacious living room is equipped with a panoramic sofa, a TV with Freeview and a free WIFI connection. To relax, a professional table football and pinball machine are at your disposal. You will also find many board games.
The dining room has a table for 12 guests without being cramped. You can share your meals while contemplating a panoramic view of the VENDRES pond.
For more comfort, the villa has a bathroom with Italian shower and a spacious bathroom as well as two toilets.
Complete equipment for young children: cot, high chair, booster seat + potty, changing table are available.
You can enjoy beautiful grills thanks to a huge BBQ in the garden.
Optional: We offer a rental of towels at 10 € per lot.
The lot includes:
• 2 towels 50x100cm
• 1 bath towel 70x140cm
• 1 glove
The villa is close to the beaches (5 mins) and all amenities (10 mins): shopping center, banks, medical office, cinema and restaurants.

We spent three weeks in the villa "La pointe du Lac" and highly recommend to stay there for the following reasons:
Location (Vendres):
Vendres is a village in the “second row”, five kilometres away from the beaches of Valras-Plage and Vendres-Plage. Less touristy you can find there everything you need such as two bakery shops, a newspaper store and a pharmacy.
The pond “étang de Vendres” is lovely – don’t miss to go down to the shore.
Vendres is a perfect place to explore the region of Languedoc-Roussillon as many sights are only a short ride away (five kilometres to autoroute A9).
Accommodation:
La pointe du Lac offers a splendid view over the étang de Vendres and the landscape. The sunset can be enjoyed while sitting on the porch. The site and the house offer a lot of space and amenities such as a lovely pool and an own boule area having an additional sitting area. There is a parking lot suitable for several cars in front of the site.
The interior includes a modern and very well-equipped kitchen (e.g., huge fridge, dish washer, washing machine, 2 coffee makers, good variety of kitchen utensils) and 5 sleeping rooms with 12 beds in total. The living room has a comfortable couch, modern TV, DVD player and two further highlights which make this accommodation probably “unique”: a pinball machine and a foosball 😊.
Contact to owners:
We got a lot of information by e-mail some days before our vacation started. The handover of keys etc. at the beginning and at the end of our stay were lovely, welcoming, and easy.
During our stay we had the house to ourselves, so we felt an absolute privacy. Cécile and Philippe, the owners, would have been available via mobile phone (call / WhatsApp) in case of any problem.
