About this villa rental
In Sauvian, Hérault, between vineyards and beaches, this holiday accommodation is entirely dedicated to receiving our guests throughout the year for stays offering peace and tranquility.
HOUSING
You can park your car in a private location in the yard, in the shade of the pergola.
You'll feel immediately at home in our single storey house (76 m2) which offers offers all the conveniences.
PUSH THE DOOR
You will reach the interior of the villa by a CELLAR with a washing machine, a fridge / freezer.
You will then access to a 16m2 KITCHEN with dishwasher, induction cooker and electric oven, microwave oven , coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster ... crockery and kitchen equipment.
This is around a large table that you can get together for meals.
A large CORRIDOR of 12m2 gives access to the bedrooms and the living room whose windows open onto the mimosa garden.
- 1 BEDROOM of 13m2: double bed comfort mattress, 2 bedside tables, 1 armchair, large closet wardrobe + drawers, dressing table
- 1 BEDROOM of 10m2: double bed comfort mattress, 2 bedside tables, 1 cabinet, 1 chair
- 1 LIVING ROOM of 12m2 with 1 sofa bed for two persons Pirelli latex mattress, 1 pouf-bed sleeping 1 child Sofaflex high density mattress, 1 leather chair with footstool, 1 chest of drawers, 1 HD TV TNT 80cm with DVD player, large closet sliding doors wardrobe and drawers
- 1 BATHROOM: balnéo bath + 1douche Italian.
- TOILETTES are independent
A provision material for BABY: folding bed, baby bath, high chair + booster seat, toilet reducer and learning pot for young child ...
Are available hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all equipment necessary for the maintenance of the house.
OUTSIDE
You can enjoy 3 garden areas:
- the courtyard in front of the villa to take your meals in the shade of the trellis and eucalyptus thanks to a large garden furniture: rectangular table with 7 chairs, umbrella and barbecue;
- the private garden on the side of the villa where you can sit in the shade of mimosas with a garden furniture: octagonal table / 4 garden chairs
The youngest will have at their disposal 3 garden chairs for young children
The private back garden is the sunniest. He will welcome you on his lawn to enjoy the sun. 3 sunbaths are at your disposal.
ACCESS OF TRAVELERS
The car access by remote controlled electric gate is shared with the owners of the neighboring villa (my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law)
You will have the enjoyment of the entirety of the housing put to the rent to know: kitchen, living room, 2 rooms, cellar, room of bath, toilets and hall and three external spaces. The rest of the property is closed.
A line of drying is at your disposal in the courtyard of the house
The most beautiful beaches of Languedoc: Valras / Sérignan / Vendres beaches are 5 minutes by car.
Guests will enjoy the Canal du Midi for a river cruise but also its shady banks for a walk or bike.
You will be close to tourist attractions Beziers 10 min, 45 min Montpellier, Perpignan and Carcassonne 1 hour.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, propre et lumineuse. Le plus pour une famille : une cuisine bien équipée avec grand frigo/lave linge appréciable. Petits commerces proches (5min à pied) et plages à proximité (une 10aine de min en voiture). Je recommande!

What more is there to say?
This gite is very well situated in the delightful village of Sauvian. There are three large bedrooms, a very well equiped kitchen and a most pleasant outside area. There is excellent parking in the gated garden area.
The family were all most welcoming.

Villa confortable, bien équipée, propre, en tout point conforme à l'annonce.
La cour à l'ombre de la treille est idéale pour les repas en extérieur.
Les commerces de Sauvian sont à 2 pas : génial pour les croissants du matin !
Situation géographique idéale pour se rendre à la plage sans avoir à souffrir de la cohue des villes de bord de mer.
Marie-Hélène et Claude sont des hôtes accueillants, aimables, ouvert à la discussion tout en étant très discrets.
Merci pour le pot de confiture maison que nous avons fortement appréciée et pour les tomates du jardin.
Un plus fort appréciable : nous avons été invités par deux fois à profiter de la piscine de Guy-Michel ( le beau-frère qui habite la villa voisine)
