About this villa rental
The house has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people:
Bedroom 1: 1 bunk bed (90 x 200)
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160 x 200)
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160 x 200)
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed 160 x 200
Bedroom 5: 2 single beds. 90 x 200
1 large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, 1 other bathroom with a bathtub, 2 separate toilets, and as an added bonus, an outdoor shower and toilet.
It features a separate kitchen and a large living/dining room.
The pool measures 8m x 4m and is fully secured; it is equipped with plenty of lounge chairs so you can enjoy the Languedoc sunshine.
You can enjoy delicious grilled meals thanks to the BBQ in the garden.
A large area in front of the house provides parking for several vehicles.
Optional:
We offer a set of bath towels for an additional €10.
The set includes:
• 2 hand towels (50x100 cm)
• 1 bath towel (70x140 cm)
• 1 washcloth
The villa is close to the beaches (5 min) and all amenities (10 min): shopping center, banks, doctor’s office, movie theater, and restaurants.
A9 highway exit (Béziers Ouest) is 3 min away.

Excellent house wonderful vacations:
The house was great and beautiful with everything included (like towels, bed linen, coffee machine etc..) there was also a pool and a game room . The hosts were very friendly and helpful with tips for excursions.
We had a wonderful stay, thanks !

Great accommodation with a nice pool and the gaming room was great! The environment and surroundings are also great. Our families - young and old- enjoyed the stay. Stephane welcomed us and showed us around the house. He also took care of the pool every other day. That’s a great service! Next time I will book earlier so we can stay more than one week.

Stayed here last year with friends, brought family with us this time. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa had everything we needed. Games room was fantastic for our older boys

House is as described, clean, everything included. The gaming room is a huge asset, not only when the weather is rainy. Housekeeping was extremely friendly and offered great service (thanks again!). Area is nice with a bakery in walking distance. Overall a perfect vacation!
