The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house in Palavas-les-Flots, just 300 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 58 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a garden of around 20 m².
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV and sofa
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A large conservatory of nearly 10 m² opening onto the garden
- A separate toilet
Mezzanine:
- A bedroom area with a queen-size bed (160×200) (connecting to the living area below)
- A shower room
Outdoors:
- A lovely private enclosed garden of 20 m², opening onto a large, beautifully wooded garden
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Palavas-les-Flots, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
