Localisation, facilité de stationnement gratuit, et résidence assez calme.
Pas de balcon, baies vitrées donnan t sur terasse du voisin.. Donc rideaux opaques fermes presque tout le temps. Uniquement cafetière Nespresso. Trop restrictif.. Vitres sales ( grosses traces blanches et moisissures) . Pb quotidien de réception TV ( réseau faible ? )
