The apartment is located in a residence with a vast plot of land planted with palm trees, pampas, and various vegetation. It has a swimming pool (large bath and wading pool about 40 cm of water) open in summer only, and a petanque court. ⚠️⚠️ Shorts, loose swimsuit forbidden ⚠️⚠️
Only a minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes from the center and the church along the beach. You can do everything on foot in Palavas, and keep yourself busy without taking the car. Moreover, you have private parking in the closed and secure residence.

The accommodation has an entrance with cupboards, and bunk bed for 2 people (less than 75 kg), a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and toilet. A living room with kitchen, new pull-out sofa, with ultra comfort memory foam mattress 160x200. All opening onto a private terrace of 15 m2 and its independent entrance.

i️ Important information to know before booking

• Mandatory security deposit by bank imprint via Swikly:
amount of €250 not debited (operation identical to that of a hotel).
This step is necessary to validate the stay.

• The security deposit is returned in full after departure, except in the event of damage or if the end-of-stay cleaning has not been carried out when the cleaning service has not been chosen.

• Non-smoking accommodation – pets not allowed.

• End-of-stay cleaning:
I do not apply an automatic cleaning fee in order to give travellers a choice.
You can:
– either do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself (everything you need is available on site),
– or request the cleaning service at a rate of €45 when booking.

• The residence is large, family friendly and pleasant to live in, in a calm and respectful spirit.
Parties and filming are not allowed.
