Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 58 m² air-conditioned house in Palavas-les-Flots, 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom and a 20 m² garden.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Large veranda of almost 10 m² overlooking the garden
- Separate WC
Mezzanine :
- A bedroom area with queen-size bed (160×200) (communicating with the living area below)
- Shower room
Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 20 m², opening onto a large garden planted with trees.
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in Palavas-les-Flots, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
