Such a Beautiful House. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the Red Rocks in the backyard is breathtaking. I would highly recommend and would rent from them again on my next trip to Sedona!!!

This house was perfect in context of location, size, amenities, and cleanliness. Very comfortable bedding. Master bath and soaking tub are beautiful in form and function; really enjoyed a good soak after strenuous hiking. Located in close proximity to attractions such as hiking, dining, and shopping. Really enjoyed the outdoor space and views. Kitchen and dining area very comfortable and conducive to cooking - both indoor and outdoor (grill) as restaurants can get pricey in Sedona. A few recommendations for some basic kitchen supplies: citrus juicer, garlic press, a toaster that would accommodate bagels, sharper knives or a knife sharpener that might work on existing set, salad tongs, and a grill cleaning brush.

House was excellent, great location, comfortable furniture and beds.We had an issue with the microwave not working which was a real bummer. We had a bunch of frozen food ready to eat after a long day of hiking and sight seeing and not having a microwave made it difficult to get dinner prepared for eight people including three hungry and tired children... (was difficult to defrost in the spot)Things happen.... and we understand you can't fix or produce a new microwave at the snap of your fingers, but the followup wasn't great when we mentioned this after our stay was complete. They offered 10% back which ok gesture is nice but we paid a pretty penny to get this place explicitly so we could prepare our own dinner... So we were disappointed.
