At Casa Alta, you get a front-row seat to that show from a covered deck with a fire pit, a big sectional, and a table set for dinner outside. This is a newly built home with high-end finishes and a bright, open layout. Tall windows pull the red rocks and junipers right into the living room, where a long sectional faces a sleek fireplace and the whole space flows into the kitchen and dining area. Cooks will be happy here. The chef's kitchen has a large quartz island with seating, an induction cooktop, double wall ovens, and plenty of room to spread out, and the dining table seats six with a view of the trees. When it's time to slow down, there are two separate spaces to relax and watch TV, so everyone can spread out. The second-level living room has an art TV that displays a rotating gallery of artwork whenever it's not in use. On the entry level, the family room has its own TV and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Sleeping arrangements are simple and comfortable. The home is laid out over two levels, each with its own entrance. The second level holds the living room, kitchen, dining area, covered deck, a half bath, and the primary suite. The primary suite has a king bed, its own TV, a private balcony, and a spa-style bathroom featuring a deep, oversized jetted tub with therapeutic massage jets and chromotherapy lighting. The second and third bedrooms are on the entry level, each with a queen bed. Both full bathrooms have spa-like, zero-entry walk-in showers. Outside, the covered lounge is where most evenings end up. Light the fire pit, fire up the BBQ, and eat at the outdoor dining table while the rocks change color. Mornings out here are just as good with a coffee in hand. The location puts you in the heart of Sedona's south side, a few minutes' drive from the shops, galleries, and restaurants that make the town famous. Tlaquepaque's courtyards and art studios are close by, and Uptown's boutiques and dining are a short drive north. Hikers can reach the Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and the Little Horse Trail in minutes, then be back home for a late lunch on the deck. Each level has its own entrance. - Please note that the cooktop is induction. Parking Details: - Enjoy on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
