About this house rental
Step through the front door and feel the difference. Vaulted ceilings rise above a sun-filled living room anchored by a kiva-style gas fireplace - the kind of detail that reminds you this isn't a cookie-cutter hotel room. A wall-mounted smart TV, comfortable seating, and warm Southwest tones set the mood for movie nights or lazy mornings with coffee.
The open-concept layout flows naturally into a dining area with seating for six - set beneath a chandelier with red rock artwork on the wall - and a fully equipped kitchen that means business. Gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops, coffee maker, tea kettle, a full knife block, and dinnerware for six. Cook a real dinner, prep trail snacks for tomorrow's hike, or just pour a glass of wine and admire the fact that you're in Sedona.
Upstairs, two king-bed master suites give everyone room to spread out. The primary suite features a spa-caliber bathroom with a dual-sink granite vanity, an oversized soaking tub tucked beneath arched windows, and a separate walk-in tile shower with a built-in bench and grab bars. The second room offers its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms are spacious, private, and quiet.
The loft - accessed by its own staircase - is a favorite with families. A queen sleeper sofa, and sitting area. Kids love having their own "area."
Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private balcony. Cushioned patio chairs, mature trees, and views of the resort grounds make this the spot for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.
A few more things you'll appreciate: an in-unit stacked washer and dryer (pack light!), an in-room safe for valuables, central A/C and ceiling fans, and complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout.
NOTE: Our townhomes are undergoing a rolling interior refresh - including fresh paint, updated furnishings, and newer smart TVs with upgraded WiFi. Photos may vary slightly from actual units during our current upgrade. Your unit will meet or exceed what you see here.
