Pets aren't allowed on furniture or in the beds. Please do not leave fuzzy home alone. We know from experience that when animals are left alone they get nervous and want to curl up in bed where you sleep and it ends up becoming a major issue for our cleaning crew. If the house is left with extra cleaning from pets and we have to incur additional cleaning charges or the bedding/linens needs to be replaced, we will be forwarding them to you at cost.

The house had plenty of seating and beds for everyone. The house was very clean and had plenty of items in the kitchen to handle all of our cooking needs. The hot tub was perfect and the outside table and chairs gave us plenty of space to eat outdoors. The view from the living room was great

The location was superb and we were quite comfortable with two families in the home. The javelina made their way through the yard almost every morning and we looked forward to javelina hot tub starts to our day!

Host was very responsive and respectful. Our kids in there 20’s loved seeing lots of Javelinas in the yard and enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and quiet neighborhood.
