The outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room will surely appeal to the adults in your party. The fitness facility conveniently located on-site, is something everyone can enjoy as are complimentary DVD’s. Seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, SunDestin Beach Resort is the perfect place to host your personal and professional large-scale functions. SunDestin Unit 0811 is a lovely one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. I loved the condo. The beach was gorgeous. Only thing that would make me choose our typical spot in Panama City is that we were unable to use our personal umbrellas. We had to purchase a tent and sit behind all of the beach umbrellas that were put out in the mornings and we were quite far from the water. If personal umbrellas can injure someone, so can the umbrellas you have to pay for. It's all a money making thing. I didn't rent besch chairs and umbrellas because they are insanely over priced.Panama City is better

Great place. Construction was ongoing during the stay, but didn't start until 8 am each day. Beach was nice and umbrella and chair setup was a plus. We enjoyed it. It will be even better when construction complete.

Sundestin resort was a great location with easy check in/out process. Easy beach access and a (small) indoor pool my little ones loved. Even a fudpuckers “ish” restaurant open most days right next to the pool for drinks and food.
The condo itself was disappointing for the price paid, but looking at the insane prices during prime season I’m glad I only paid winter prices. It’s clean, which was nice but for the price you pay know that you are stepping into the 80’s as far as the green bathtub and sinks.
Awkward bathrooms with two toilets and one shower tub. You could high five your family member while you both use the toilet at the same time.
There are a lot of more updated units in this condo and the price does

Still a great trip and beds were comfy. Just needs to be updated so that guests feel they are getting their money’s worth.
