Experience the ultimate beach vacation at SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, FL, just steps from the incredible white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk.
SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your new home away from home, with an array of on-site amenities. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. Reach your exercise goals in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The recently updated conference room is perfect for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).
Upon entering SunDestin unit 312, you will be welcomed with a spacious and open layout, along with upscale yet relaxing beach décor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and is adorned with plenty of counter space and storage, along with a beautiful backsplash. The dining table seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying your favorite home cooked meal as a family. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television, ideal for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.
This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental offers relaxing sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the master bedroom, living room and spacious balcony. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves while sipping on your morning coffee or experience the sun setting over the emerald green waters in the evening.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

I ENJOYED MY STAY HERE. THE VIEW FROM MY CONDO WAS AWESOME. THE CONDOS WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL FESTIVITIES SO DIDNT HAVE TO DRIVE FAR. OUR OVERALL STAY WAS WONDERFUL .

This condo was spotless clean and beautiful! It was just what we needed for our week trip! Condo is perfectly located for shopping and close to restaurants!

The room was absolutely beautiful! However, upon arrival it was extremely warm, 80 degrees to be exact. We could feel air coming out of the vents but it wasn’t cold air. We called downstairs and they informed us that maintenance was gone for the day and we’d have to wait until the next morning for someone to come look at it. We had to purchase a fan and sleep with the doors open. It was very uncomfortable. When we came back from breakfast the following day however, it was fixed and starting to cool down. The property is going through construction but that didn’t bother us much. We were disappointed that the trash chute was so far away and that there is not laundry inside the unit. Also, the restaurant and bar were not open on Sunday and we really wish it had been. The food there was great! Our view was perfect!
