We had a really wonderful stay! “Seas the Day” had a great setup for our family (a mix of adults, teenagers, and an infant). Plenty of space for us all to spread out and having the pool & hot tub was a big plus! The beach is a short 4-5 minute walk away (and yes, it actually is a quick walk! I am always hesitant when I read that in reviews but it’s a very quick, easy walk through a short shaded path and very quiet street). The beach itself also was spacious and was easy to find a spot - even arriving in the late morning/early afternoon, we only had to walk down about a minute on the beach to get a spot away from others.The house is also located on a culdesac and the street is very calm and great for pets. The neighborhood has a mix of full time residents and renters, all of which were very kind and would chat with you when you are out and about. Early in the week, the owners had a box of coffee sent to our house with a kind note - such a nice surprise! Being in hospitality, these touches always make the difference! It was also from where we live (which I don’t think they were aware of) which made it fun!Our only piece of feedback is that the home could have been cleaner when we arrived. There were definitely a few areas overlooked throughout the house and I understand it’s quick flips during busy season, but that was an area for improvement that I hope the management company addresses.Overall, we definitely enjoyed our time at Seas The Day and would stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful trip and staying at Seas the Day was one of the highlights! Quick access to the beach, it's tucked back with its own driveway so the little ones could play without us having to worry too much about traffic. Property was so well stocked with all the kitchen items we needed, all areas were very clean, maintained, and felt like home. The private pool and hot tub were perfect as well. The owner reached out via email prior to the trip to wish us a good trip and sent a box of really yummy coffee for us. They seemed to really care about our experience.

We had 3 families together for our vacation and plenty of room. The large dining room table was nice. This house came equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Furniture on upper level was a bit dated,but ok. The 2cnd floor had newer furniture that was very comfy. The pool and hottub were great! The house came with plenty of family games. A couple wagons along with a few beach chairs were convenient for beach trips. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, through a little wooded path and some pavement and you were there. The location was great. Very easy to bike or drive to harris teeter or food lion shopping. Overall we had a great time and the house was perfect! Thank you!
