This house was everything we needed. A great layout and wonderful location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all really nice. There is some wear and tear since it appears to be an older home. We really appreciate any home owner that is willing to allow dogs. The kitchen would need a second dishwasher if you really had enough people to fill all the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

1 minute walk to beach. Most of the bedrooms have attached bathroom. Will comfortably accommodate a very large group. Loved the ping-pong table.

This was our second year to stay at a beach ball. We love the Crownpoint circle development. This house is very close to the beach access making it incredibly convenient! However, there are a few drawbacks. Home is in desperate need of updates. The flooring is very dirty. Kitchen counters and table have been painted and the paint easily wipes off. There is an odd two-tone shelf in the kitchen area that looks like someone ran out of paint halfway through touching it up. Some of the living room furniture had holes in it and has not been updated in a long time. We also had a leak this year from the second floor bathroom to a first floor bathroom. The maintenance team was very quick to handle the problem. We had some problems last year as well, including air conditioning that did not work at the start of our vacation. They did bring us window units and fans. They are very responsive to issues in the house. This will be our last visit to this location, though. We are looking for some nicer digs next year!
