The home's bright and airy layout is spread across three levels, offering plenty of space for everyone:
Top Level - The heart of the home, this level features a great room with a large flat-screen TV, Apple TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a double oven. Enjoy meals at the ten-person dining table or the kitchen counter. This level also includes a King en suite bedroom with a desk for remote work and access to the top-level deck, where you can climb to the crow's nest for stunning sunset views.
Mid Level - This floor houses four comfortable bedrooms: two Queen en suite bedrooms, a King bedroom, and a twin bedroom that share a full hall bath. All four rooms offer direct access to the deck, where you can sway in the double hammock swing and the large single hammock.
Ground Level - The fun continues on the ground floor with a game room featuring a high-quality pool table, a flat-screen TV, and a wet bar with an extra refrigerator. This level includes a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds, which share a full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located here.

** Pool opens on May 1st and closes on October 15th. The pool and hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained. Our pool has a propane heater that will heat the pool regardless of the air temperature. The pool heater will be set at 84 degrees. A pool heat fee of $90/night is added to your reservation at the time of the request (yes, propane is expensive). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of check in so we can have the pool heat on for you!
** Absolutely no smoking or vaping
** Check-In begins at 4pm. The keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
** Check-Out is 10am.
** Primary renter MUST be 25 years of age or older
By booking, I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party, SafelyStay, Inc, to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email from Safely to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have questions.

Our stay at the Sassy Starfish was amazing! Jason was quick to reply to any messages and the house had everything we needed! It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, the kids enjoyed the game room (the adults probably enjoyed it even more), the hot tub was perfect on the cold days/nights. OH!! And the complimentary free bagels from Lighthouse Bagels!!! Soooo good! That was a hit with everyone! We really hope to rent again in the future and HIGHLY recommend renting to get in some quality family time!

Treated my daughter to a graduation get away. The house was super clean and the mutilevels provided for privacy for the mixed group. Girls on one floor and boys on the other. I had a nice bedroom on the upper floor and a desk for my work.

We travel often and this house was perfect for our family! So much to do onsite between the pool, hot tub, and pool table. Close to restaurants and shopping. All facets were well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and little surprise extras from the host made this one of our favorite places we have travelled this year! The beach was only a short walk from the house. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall, the property was wonderful and home feel with beachy ambiance! I would no doubt a place I would rent again.
The experience of renting this property, from booking , check-in, and check-out, seamless and a breeze...it's way it deserves Sassy Starfish name.
