In the event that you advise owner in writing that you no longer want to perform your obligations under this agreement, owner in their sole and absolute discretion, will attempt to re-rent the premises. If the premises fails to re-rent or rents for less than your rental rate, you are responsible for the balance owed. If the premises re-rents for the full value of your rental rate, owner will reimburse you for all money previously paid.

We stayed at this house during our recent family reunion. The house accommodates large groups , kitchen has all amenities, located close to beach and shopping/restaurants

House was perfect for the 17 of us. Right number of rooms, stocked well enough to cook for that size, and checkout process was easy. Only problem was the code never worked to get into the house. Owner had to remote us in, but I tried the code a couple of other times, and it never worked.

Beautiful and spacious made for great memories for the holiday. Host was excellent with communication and we really appreciated the welcome gift.
