Great location, house has plenty of space. Nice hot tub and pool, just a 3 min walk to the beach. House could use a little TLC, but it was definitely worth the price. Property management was responsive and very easy to deal with. Would definitely rent this property again. No

The size and number of bedrooms with on suite bathrooms made this property ideal for our group along with the game room on the first level. Gotta say the pics of this house should be updated. The house is not even yellow anymore. Everyone had trouble finding it bc it doesn’t look like the pics and the number was hard to see. I know it is late in the season but the front door was literally crusted with bugs. Thirty minutes with a powerwasher would make all the difference. It was quite frankly gross! The indoors left a little to be desired with the cleaning job as well Other than that and a few bugs we either killed or escorted out it was a wonderful house and location with a short walk to a very beautiful beach and a short drive to restaurants bars and quaint shopping. We all loved the house. It just needs a little love and attention.

It was wonderful but we never did find a book of things about the house and the WiFi password is very small on the refrigerator!!!Other than that there was not one thing to complain about
