We had an amazing stay. Perfect location, short walk to beach. Any issues we had were taken care of within 24 hours. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Elevator worked great. Large open kitchen and living room. Bay and beach view from house. Yard could use some TLC.

Everything about the vacation was great except the house was FILTHY. Kitchen cabimets broke.
House needs major cleaning. Broken toilet.
Every door and window had horrible bugs and webs. Hard to get in and out because of them. Garbage was not picked up. Had no pails for 2 days until I kept calling brindley to help. Barbecue grill was disgusting. Two days to clean before we used it. We had fun. Beach was beautiful. AC was very good. Wish house was clean. Owners need to step up and update and clean.

Our 3rd time in Outer Banks, 2nd time in Corolla. This house showed no pride of ownership, I tool pictures of chipped and peeling chunks of paint on decks, outside shower doors falling apart with 2" nails in them, a broken livingroom chair leg, a broken bed post. I reported and a maintenance guy came out to look at chair but couldn't fix it. Fire alarm went off, hot tub wasn't working, had to have maintenance again. Pictures online aren't a good measure of property for those reasons

The inside of the property was well maintained, though the drains were slow. Property manager was quick to send someone out and fix the issue. Most of the remote controls were missing their batteries, so it was challenging to watch tv. The exterior of the home however, was quite run down. The siding was old and rotten, several deck floor boards were questionable to stand on. Other than that, it was a good family vacation.
