New for 2025: Major kitchen renovation to include: new tile flooring, new cabinets with soft close drawers, new quartz countertops and tile backsplash, new stainless-steel dishwasher, and more! With everything that you can imagine, Summer Breeze is truly a dream property. Featuring nine bedrooms (seven masters), and an Elevator! You can also enjoy the Home Theater with seating for 13 and a popcorn popper, Private Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Basketball Hoop, Rec Room with full-sized Pool Table, Game Table, and Kitchenette with Microwave and full-sized Refrigerator with ice maker. There are lots of places to escape, rest or read. In addition to the Great Room with a Smart TV, there is a reading nook on the top floor, a sitting room on the mid-level and comfortable couch in the rec room. The kitchen has granite counters, two full-sized refrigerators, two dishwashers, a pantry and seating at the counters. There is a table that seats 12 for family dinners and another table that seats 4. Enjoy meals in the screen porch too. Everyone will love the multiple deck areas, with five bedrooms having deck access! The rooftop deck offers great views and evenings under the stars. House was clean and as expected from the pictures. Great location only blocks from the beach with the boardwalk access right across the street from the house. Communication was great and if we had any requests they were met in a reasonable timeframe. Kitchen fully equipped with multiple fridges, dishwashers, coffee makers and Keurig. There is a main floor washer and dryer as well as a basement floor stackable washer and dryer but it seemed to not be hooked up at the time of our stay.

A super convenient stay for a large group. Had everything we needed for our stay. Almost everyone had their own bathroom which is great for a beach location and the theater room was perfect for a rainy day

Nice house, the cleaning crew could have done a better job cleaning sinks and mirrors. We never got in the hot tub or either pool because they had sand in them. When I called to try and get them cleaned I was told they had been cleaned and maybe we caused sand with usage, told her we hadn’t been in any of them and hot tub was covered. We were only there 3 days and they couldn’t get anyone out to take care of it. As mentioned, nice home but needed better tlc.
