With everything that you can imagine, Summer Breeze is truly a dream property. Featuring nine bedrooms (seven masters), and an Elevator! You can also enjoy the Home Theater with seating for 13 and a popcorn popper, Private Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Basketball Hoop, Rec Room with full-sized Pool Table, Game Table, and Kitchenette with Microwave and full-sized Refrigerator with ice maker. There are lots of places to escape, rest or read. In addition to the Great Room with a Smart TV, there is a reading nook on the top floor, a sitting room on the mid-level and comfortable couch in the rec room. This house was clean short walk to the beach and more then enough room for all 14 of us it’s no street lights so at night it’s really dark the pool wasn’t open that’s the only bad part about the house but it was the beginning of the season everything closed at 9:00 pm so it was kind of like the city was closed I think I may have been the only car on the street coming back from Ocracoke at 11 o’clock at night but the house was really nice.

Just stayed at this property let me begin with that the property was beautiful , location was great . Had great privacy and everything we where looking for.
Only con I have is that I sent a list of things that where broken in the house just so they knew it was broken before we got there and I got no response which is was not a common thing . Other then that it just didn’t seem that they inspected the house as there where trash from previous tenants around .
But overall the house was great and experience was just what we wanted. We would come again .

My entire family had to clean the house! Thank goodness we brought our own supplies. Handrails were dirty and cobwebs especially on ceilings and doors. This made us nervous so we cleaned and wipedDown the best we could. Toilet on the 3rd floor didn’t work. Water heater was off. We had to turn it on. Thank goodness we had an HVAC experience family member with us to check on things. We also noticed how some furniture needed attention. Bunk bed side rails were broken and had duck tape. Great location and good size. Beautiful home but the owner needs to repair a lot of things. And property manager was slow to answer. We made the best of it though since it was Christmas.
