The beach house on the dune features a living room, 2 bedrooms, a hallway, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom, all within approximately 50 m² of living space on a single level. On two sides of the house, spacious terraces await you, nestled in a stunning pine forest setting with complete privacy. From the terrace facing the beach, you can see the Baltic Sea. A beach chair on the terrace invites you to relax in comfort.
The living room features a cozy seating area and a dining table, with access to the terrace from the living room. From every room in the house, you can enjoy views of the green surroundings of the coastal forest. An electric fireplace with a stunning flame effect creates a cozy atmosphere.
In the first bedroom, you’ll enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in a comfortable petrol-colored box-spring bed with electric adjustment, 1.60 m wide, featuring two separate mattresses (new as of 2025). The second bedroom features a double bed (1.40 m wide across the entire length). The kitchen offers every convenience, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. A washing machine is also available. Access to the terrace is through the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and floor heating.
A large 58-inch LCD TV with Ambilight LED backlighting mounted on the wall provides an excellent viewing experience (satellite reception). An internet radio with DAB+ digital radio and many features is also available. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests throughout the house.
Large, light-colored floor tiles in the living and sleeping areas create a modern and harmonious living atmosphere. The underfloor heating in the living room, bedrooms, and bathroom ensures cozy warmth throughout the house. The temperature in each room can be adjusted individually. Wall-mounted radiators are also available.
The beach house is also ideal for the cooler months, such as around New Year’s Eve. The underfloor heating (in all rooms except the hallway and kitchen) and the electric fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. Numerous lights both indoors and outdoors let you immerse yourself in a very special atmosphere.
Parking spaces for your car are available directly on the property next to the house. A secure bicycle storage area is also provided. The entire property is fenced in. Please note that due to its elevated location on a hill (dune), the beach house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
