About this house rental
The vacation home is situated in a very quiet location on a plot of approximately 1,000 square meters. It is a detached house surrounded by pine trees, fruit trees, and pastures. The location is nearly ideal for natural relaxation.
Zempin is situated at the narrowest point on the island of Usedom—which means the Baltic Sea (800 m) and the Achterwasser (200 m) are both within easy walking distance. Nevertheless, we recommend bringing or renting a bicycle, as the seaside resorts of Zinnowitz and Koserow are just a few minutes away. A picturesque bike path runs from Peenemünde to Svinemünde through the dunes, offering impressive views of the Baltic Sea. The Bäderbahn and the supermarket are about 350 m away.

Vacation Home:
The vacation home is very modern and tastefully furnished. It is spread over two floors. Two bedrooms are located in the attic, along with a shower and toilet. The living and dining areas are on the first floor. There is also a shower and toilet here. A wide glass front in the living room leads out to the terrace and garden—where you can enjoy the sun from March through late fall. During the gardening season, the terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, including two lounge chairs with cushions. A Baltic Sea beach chair provides protection from strong winds (during beach chair season).
The house has its own garden with fruit trees. It is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Modern kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
