We warmly welcome you to Zempin, the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom. You’re welcome to relax and unwind in our vacation rental year-round. The child-friendly path to the approximately 40-kilometer-long sandy beach is within walking distance and takes you to the Baltic Sea in about 5 minutes. Shopping and public transportation are easily, quickly, and safely accessible on foot, by bike, or by car.

We offer you a modern, very spacious, and generously furnished non-smoking apartment. The vacation rental is equipped for 4 to 5 people and consists of a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, two full-sized bedrooms, and a large living room where you can relax comfortably. A parking space for your car is included with your vacation rental. Towels and bed linens are provided once per person. Ironing facilities are available.
To wind down at the end of each day, you’ll find a sun terrace and a barbecue area where you can relax.
