From this central location, you can easily explore Usedom by car, bicycle, or the Usedomer Bäderbahn. The former fishing village features a gently sloping, stone-free Baltic Sea beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. In the middle of the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea, the new beach promenade with a large open-air stage invites you to enjoy regular concerts during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. As one of the smallest seaside resorts on Usedom, Zempin remains peaceful and relaxed, offering a family-friendly atmosphere in every season.



The apartment offers 3 rooms for up to 5 guests: a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 balconies and a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, and double sinks. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee. Free parking spaces are provided in the underground garage and on the parking lot. Bed linen and towels are included.
