The Smutje vacation rental is a 3-room apartment measuring 75m². It has a cozy atmosphere where you can feel at home and relax.
The apartment spans two floors (first floor and first floor) and accommodates 4 + 2 people.
The large, bright living room features a sofa set (which can be converted into two extra beds), a TV, and DVD and CD players, and also includes a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the living room, you can access the separate terrace and the garden, which features seating and lounging areas. There is a barbecue area at the back of the garden.
Wi-Fi is available, and bed linens are included in the price. All rooms have insect screens.
Towels can be booked for an additional fee (10.00 per person).

Zempin is the smallest of the “Amber Spas” on the island of Usedom and has become increasingly popular in recent years. The town is located between Zinnowitz and Koserow, at the narrowest point of the island between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon.
The nearby white sand beach and the promenade invite you to swim and relax.
In the town itself, you’ll find a doctor, numerous restaurants, fish smokehouses, and a bakery all within easy reach. Shopping opportunities are available in nearby Zinnowitz or Koserow.
Bicycles can be rented at several locations in town.
The beautiful coastal forest that separates the town of Zempin from the beach is highly recommended for a walk or bike ride. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Achterwasser. There, you can go boating and fishing.
Also well worth mentioning is the artist’s studio and home of the painter Otto Niemeyer-Holstein. This is where he spent the last, most creatively productive years of his life. The studio, also known as Lüttenort, is located about 3 km in the direction of Koserow.
Other recommendations in the immediate vicinity of Zempin include, especially for younger guests, Karl’s Adventure Village (Strawberry Farm) or the mini-golf course in Koserow (5 km), as well as Kinderland and the Pirate Park, the Butterfly Farm, and the adventure mini-golf course in Trassenheide (11 km).
In Zinnowitz, we recommend both the Tauchgondel and the Bernsteintherme (5 km).
