Haus Kastanie 03 - 2 Schlafzimmer, Terrasse Sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner

Experience an eventful vacation in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom! Enjoy long walks in the woods and soak up the idyllic tranquility, thanks to the excellent location of “Haus Kastanie.” Shops, restaurants, and the fine-sand beach are also just a short walk away. This house features a spacious three-room apartment located on the first floor. It can accommodate up to four adults and two children—ideal for a family vacation!

The charming interior features plenty of wood tones and warm colors. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the adjoining terrace significantly enhance the sense of comfort. This home leaves nothing to be desired.
The living room features a set of comfortable upholstered furniture that provides plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing movie night. Of course, a flat-screen TV is a must. Two dressers are also part of the room’s furnishings. Various books and a collection of games provide additional entertainment. From the living area, you can access the partially covered terrace. Thanks to its southeast-facing orientation, it's a great spot to enjoy breakfast when the sun is shining.
The master bedroom features a generously sized double bed (sleeping area 2.00 x 2.00 meters) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a dresser for additional storage space.
The separate kitchen is perfect for enjoying a family meal together at the large dining table. Ample counter space and essential kitchen appliances—including a 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and other necessary utensils—allow you to prepare a variety of meals—even while on vacation.
The two bathrooms, both with natural light, offer exceptional comfort. The first bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom features a toilet and sink, as well as a washer-dryer, which is available for your use.

For our youngest guests, the apartment includes two travel cribs and high chairs. The travel cribs come with mattresses, but you'll need to bring your own bedding. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. A private parking space is also at your disposal. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the apartment's dedicated bike storage room.
