About this apartment rental
A vacation with the whole family or with friends, just a few minutes’ walk from the Zinnowitz Baltic Sea beach! This bright apartment was completed in 2011 and is ideal for 6 people (plus a toddler up to 3 years old, if needed). It features high-quality, modern furnishings. For the 6+1 guests, there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (and a travel crib available upon request), spread across two floors. Of course, a vacation on this sunny island wouldn’t be complete without a south-facing balcony!
Our free Wi-Fi is also available for your stay. There is also a LAN connection in the upstairs hallway (please bring your own cable if needed).
The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, and the town center is just a 5-minute walk away. For guests traveling without a car, the apartment stands out for its convenient location near public transportation: The train station is only about 750 m away, and a bus stop is also nearby.
Bicycles can be parked under the central landing of the outdoor staircase. The landing is supported by heavy steel posts, to which you can also lock bicycles with a heavy-duty chain—a requirement for insurance coverage. The steel post is comparable to the masonry anchor that insurance companies require for overnight parking. If the apartment is not occupied by the full number of guests, there is also space for 2 (valuable) bicycles in the spacious upstairs entryway.
The apartment includes a private parking space next to the building. There is also room for a second car here, but they must be parked one behind the other, provided the cars are not too long. (2 cars, e.g., VW Golfs, fit one behind the other). Pets and smoking are not permitted!
Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded after the apartment is returned in good condition.
