The town of Zinnowitz, over 700 years old and boasting a seaside resort tradition dating back over 160 years, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses with impressive architecture were built, which, together with the spacious promenade, create a unique atmosphere. The unique Rafaela duplex apartment has a living area of approximately 88 m². Up to 6 people can enjoy their vacation here together. It features three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and three balconies.
Thanks to its high attic location and the three balconies, you’ll enjoy a superb view of the lake. The living area features a spacious layout with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen where you can freely express your culinary creativity. The separate dining area also provides access to two furnished rooftop balconies, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather right outside your apartment. The cozy seating area, complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system, provides a lovely space to spend time together in the evening or during the day. There is also a modern bathroom with a large shower and a toilet. On the lower level, there are two comfortably furnished bedrooms, each sleeping two people.
