About this apartment rental
The apartment on Glienberg is located on the highest point of the Zinnowitz seaside resort on the island of Usedom. Located on a park-like property with old trees, it is quiet and surrounded by greenery. The white Baltic Sea beach (500 m away) and the town center (600 m away) with many restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The backwaters with the Zinnowitzer marina are only about 1,500 m away.
The modern apartment is on the top floor of a new building from the 1990s. It offers two bedrooms, a hallway, a living room with a sofa corner, dining table, LCD TV (satellite connection) and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room, a storage room and a roof terrace with a view of the large garden.
The apartment also has its own parking space and a shared bicycle cellar (bicycles must be brought down the stairs).

Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit guter (und funktionaler) Ausstattung. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Zentral gelegen, allerdings sportliche Lage, da auf dem Berg gelegen. Kommen gerne mal wieder! Danke für alles!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen netten und ruhigen Aufenthalt zu fünft (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Die Größe und Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Strand, Wald, Zentrum, Gastronomie, Supermarkt - alles ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Abzüge gibt es wegen Mängeln bei der Ausstattung (kaputte Stühle im Esszimmer, kaputte Toilettenbrille, Unfall mit extrem tief hängender Glaslampe) die dem Vermieter bereits detailliert mitgeteilt wurden und hoffentlich behoben werden. Möbel und Teppiche sind eher alt (nichts für Allergiker!); verströmen teilweise etwas strengen Geruch.
