This charming home is located on Franklin Street and in the heart of Downtown Newport. While enjoying your stay you can appreciate the convenience of being centrally located and just steps away from all the activity of Thames Street, Bannisters Wharf, Bowen’s Wharf, Newport’s finest restaurants and vibrant waterfront, shopping, historical sites, and nightlife. Second floor offers a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and smart T.V. Dining area with seating for 6 and half bath for guests to share. Kitchen offers the convenience of all basic amenities and includes a breakfast nook with additional seating for six. Master bedroom includes a queen size bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and shower.
First floor offers 1 additional bedroom with full sized beds and French doors to beautiful patio.
Outdoor space offers enclosed patio with table and seating for 6.
A/C window units are installed in the windows April- October. Wifi available throughout the home. Fresh linens, bedding, and toiletries provided.

We loved our stay! Greg was an excellent host, and the check-in process was very easy. The home was exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, while being walking distance to downtown restaurants. Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house how spacious, clean and inviting it was. Everything we needed was available. It was in a perfect location to downtown restaurants and shopping. Greg communicated with us frequently during our stay, constantly checking to make sure all was well.Parking was a bit of a challenge at times; however we always seemed to manage to find a spot.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Greg, our host was very attentive! Answered my questions quickly and gave great suggestions! The location is perfect! We walked everywhere. We rented a car, but never used it all weekend, it sat parked the entire time. My suggestion is to uber from airport.
