About this house rental
In addition to the breathtaking view that never ceases to amaze, you will appreciate the unparalleled light and the gentle, harmonious energy that pervades Domaine la Védence. This former stable, with its oldest stones dating back to 1776, has been exquisitely renovated with a keen attention to detail. The decor blends modern and vintage elements... a guaranteed wow effect.
Located in the heart of the Gers golden triangle, Mas Gascon will charm you with its blend of simplicity and sophistication. The cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen open onto a large bay window from which you can admire the exceptional views of the countryside and the Pyrenees. Each of the four bedrooms with individual bathrooms enjoys this same fabulous view. The property also features a swimming pool, pool bar, sauna, hammam, four terraces, a pétanque court, and an electric vehicle charging station.
Cleaning :
The sheets, bath towels, and pool towels, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning, are included.
For bookings exceeding 10 days, a full cleaning service during the stay with a change of sheets and towels is included in the price. For shorter stays, the same service can be provided for an additional fee of €200 to be paid on-site.
Security Deposit:
Upon check-in, a credit card imprint of 500 Euros (not charged) will be taken as a security deposit. This amount is intended to cover any potential damages and/or degradation of the property and the furniture and items furnishing the accommodation caused by the occupants, as well as the loss of keys or items. The security deposit will be returned within 24 hours after departure, provided no damages have been observed.

A lovely welcoming house that is perfect for a family holiday. Very useful information was provided by the owner who kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The views are beautiful, the pool area that included a bar with a fridge was a lovely place to spend the day, the kitchen well equipped and all the bedrooms had comfortable beds and lovely ensuite modern bathrooms. The village of Marsolan is very pretty with a nice friendly bar/cafe and lots of local walks. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again.

My family stayed for a week in August at this perfect house. It's been renovated with such attention to detail that there is nothing to say in criticism. Everything worked. I can't think of any object that they haven't provided. Loads of crockery and cutlery. The view is beautiful. The pool is lovely. And the area is a corner of France that is packed with things to see. I'd recommend looking at the stained glass in Auch Cathedral.
