Beach Rendezvous is a charming, dog-friendly bungalow set up to be comfortable, beachy, relaxing, easy to cook in, and with many amenities to explore this amazing town. This home has been recently updated, but it has kept the timeless feel of a 1955 beach bungalow. Outdoor entertainment awaits at the fenced backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and your very own outdoor hot tub. It's the perfect spot for family barbecues and bubbly evenings.
The living room is another great place to gather with your loved ones–take advantage of the flatscreen 50' Smart TV and stream your favorite shows or series while snuggling up on the sofa with your loved ones. Feel free to plan a movie marathon! There's plenty of space to get comfortable and the kitchen will have your back when it's time to prepare snacks for the evening. Speaking of the kitchen, it's complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker, that will make cooking a breeze. The dining table off the kitchen seats six and is ideal for family meals, but you can always dine al fresco.
There are three inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bunk bedroom is perfect for the kiddos–it boasts a large, 50' flatscreen Smart TV and a desk for remote schooling and working.

There is an active Ring video camera attached to the garage facing west toward the street.
There are beach supplies (wagon, sand toys, cooler with wheels, kites, etc) and four adult bikes available.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Photos not true to life; grounds keeping poor; no key in guest box on arrival, hit tub needed defoaning, washer in main area not funtional, i nstructions on locking french doors not posted; strange lock system, drip coffee maker broken

Everything was good. All but the back door, locks didn't work. My dog like the back yard. Good location, easy to drive to the business area.

This is a cute little beach cottage on the surface. It looked clean at first but after a day or so you certainly noticed the dust balls hanging from the fans and the mold in the shower. In retrieving a lost sock under the bed it was apparent no dusting had been done for quite some time. Water had been spilled on the floor and upon wiping it up the rag was very dirty. It looks like vacuuming had been done but not mopping.The back yard is ugly which is sad as it has so many possibilities. We did not use the hot tub as a result of the unsightly look of the yard and the old and rusty outdoor seating. There was also dog dropping left from prior tenants dogs. We cleaned them up when we collected our dogs poop.There are security devices everywhere. The second bathroom is a joke and can be hazardous in the middle of the night. You navigate down a hall, through the dining room, through the kitchen, make a hard left, pass the washer and dryer and then you reach the bathroom. Good golly I hope it was not an emergency when you have to use it!
In todays world one wonders why there are so many security devices in the house. As I was not sure what they were I covered all that I saw. Good luck in finding out which wall switch goes to which light. It's best to pull the chain, that is if you are tall enough. My sister could not reach several of them.
My 3 star rating was generous, at best.
