Enjoy the heated outdoor pool with cabanas, which is open from March through October between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Additional shared amenities in the courtyard include an outdoor gas grill and kitchen area, a ping pong table located outside by the pool deck, plenty of outdoor seating, and fire pits. Inside, there`s a state-of-the-art gym featuring Peloton equipment. Working during your visit? Ample space in the workspace and community lounge, which features a TV, vending machine, couches, and tables, ideal for casual meetings or remote work. On-site security provides added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We loved the space. The condo was immaculate. The location was great as far as getting to broadway. However, it is very close to a mission ,which can be expected being so close to downtown. We stayed for two nights. There was an issue with the A/C. So one night was warm . The host had the issue resolved by next day. The breaker for the hot water tank kept tripping. Once we figured out was fine. However, we had to take cold showers one of the two nights we were there. But at the end of the day we had the best time. would definitely stay at this property again. The host was very responsive.

Our stay at this Nashville condo was absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during our trip. The condo was exactly as described—if not better—and truly exceeded all expectations.From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless. Check-in was incredibly easy with clear instructions provided ahead of time, which made arrival stress-free. The condo itself was spotless and immaculately maintained. It was obvious that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority here. Every room felt fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and welcoming.The interior was beautifully designed—modern, stylish, and cozy all at once. The living space was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The décor definitely had a Nashville vibe. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows, ensuring great sleep every night.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, whether for a quick breakfast or a full meal. Appliances were modern and in excellent condition, and there was ample space and cookware. Little touches like coffee supplies and thoughtful amenities really made a difference and added to the overall experience.The location was another major highlight. It was ideally situated—close enough to downtown, Broadway, and major attractions.Definitely will be renting this condo again, and would highly recommend to all.

Great place to stay! We loved the themes throughout the rental. It was also extremely clean and well kept. Easy walk to Broadway and The Gulch. Parking was easy and always available as needed. Our only complaint was the water pressure was very minimal, but it wasn't something that ruined our trip in any way. Would absolutely stay here again!

Walking distance was farther than expected. Train ran all night Master Bedroom hard to sleep even with earplugs. No kitchen sink plug.No idea where to get more paper towels Homeless food bank/shelter right across the street.Minimal parking. The "Market" was two vending machines.Ceiling lacked soundproofing upstairs was constant stomping. Way overpriced for the unit.
