Cannot say enough good things about this place. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had plenty of sleeping room for our 10 adult guests. Very well stocked. We really appreciated the little stocked coffee and tea station. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to The Gulch and a 30 minute walk to Broadway. Easy to get an Uber too. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Thanks so much John!! We would definitely stay again.

house is large and can accommodate many comfortably. location is great, easy walk to downtown/gulch area. only issue is construction of large complex across the street and they started at 7 am ever morning very loud. not much can do about that, but did effect vacation sleep in and lounging outside. some doors did not bolt or lock appropriately but plenty of room.
