The location of the rental was perfect, great walking distance to the gulch. The property was spacious and clean and the hot tub was a great added bonus for a relaxing vacation! The owner was very helpful with great communication, would highly recommend staying here!

Loved the location, we walked many places....safe area and house was set up to accommodate larger groups...the owner was always helpful and easy to get a hold of!

I stayed here with a group of eight girls for my sister's bachelorette party and the house was great. The location was perfect for going out and exploring Nashville, and the house was big enough for everyone to fit comfortably. The house was extremely clean and Che was great at communicating with us and was super accommodating the whole time. There's a great TV and dvd player, and the kitchen was clean and easy to use. I would definitely go back here and highly recommend it to anyone in the future!
