Welcome to Strummin' Good Times, a corner unit with an amazing view of the City from your private balcony, This 4-bedroom,3-bathroom condo is located in the heart of Nashville! You will be immersed in a music retreat within a short walk to Broadway and the Gulch. Ryman Auditorium, and many other great restaurants such as Fogg Street, City Winery, Tennessee Brew Works and Two Hands (great breakfast) are within walking distance. An exquisite pool and state of the art fitness center located on the same floor as Strummin' Good Times!

Hyve is your downtown gathering place in the heart of Nashville, with a short walk or uber ride (5 mins) to the vibrant Broadway and the Gulch. Positioned in the center of all the excitement, you will find yourself immersed in the city's finest soulful tunes that define Nashville as the Music City!
Strummin Good Times is located on the same floor as the pool and fitness center for easy access and convenience. The inside pool lobby is great for guest to hang out and play games or relax by the TV.
Living Areas:
As you step inside, you will be engulfed with a music vibe of song quotes from the likes of Johnny Cash along with a display of guitars that are truly one of a kind show pieces. The warm and inviting atmosphere is a great start to an adventure that you will not find anywhere else. You will be greeted with charm and thoughtful design upon every corner. The open design combines the living room, kitchen and dining area making it a perfect space to enjoy while gathering around the table for dinner or watching your favorite movie in the living room. The large windows provide a space full of natural light along with spectacular views of the Nashville skyline including the iconic batman building right from the living room. The well-appointed kitchen, will provide all that is needed for a culinary delight of your desire.
Private Balcony:
This corner unit boast a spacious balcony offering stunning views of the Nashville Skyline. Enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink while enjoying a view where the sun gracefully sets behind the cityscape creating a moment to cherish by all. This balcony wraps around the corner and is large enough to be enjoyed by all. The long bar can accommodate up to 6 people that will be perfectly positioned to relax and take advantage of one of the most breathtaking views of the most iconic buildings that Nashville has to offer.
Others can choose one of the 3 sitting areas to relax and enjoy similar views that will be sure to be enjoyed by your whole party. This balcony really sets Strummin' Good Times apart from others due to the expansive size and corner unit that faces the best views in the building.

The stay was perfect, the room and decor were spot on for Nashville. The location was great for getting down to Broadway. The pool was a great addition to relax before going out. The host was fantastic and very responsive to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back
