We were very happy that we stayed in Hyve. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. Everything was very clean. All the beds were comfortable. Living room was great as well. As a family, we love having a place we can all hang out in.
The hosts were proactive, informative and very helpful.
The location is a bit of a compromise. It's a 10 minute walk to The Gulch area, and about 15 minutes to Broadway. So not right in either. It's just a $10 Uber, no no big deal. At night, plan on Uber rather than walking.

perfect apartment for 4 girls on a short break. The apartment has everything we needed. It was large and clean and we loved the balcony
The apartments are opposite a homeless shelter so sadly lots of homeless people hanging around - however, important to note when we walked by them they did not hassle us or talk to us so we did not feel threatened but we definitely wouldnt walk back at night. We did during the day though. also to note they are not noisy or disturbing.

Easy access to the property with Latch app. All codes arrived prior to arrival and it was easy to access property from App on smartphone. Property had all of the facilities we needed and was in a location that meant we were within easy walking distance of Broadway and all of Downtown action. Communications with renters was excellent and they couldn't have been more helpful. Parking under the building was easy for our two cars, one free, and one extra in the public area which was half price for the duration of our stay. Highly rate this accommodation.
