Location and the size of the apartment as well as the security

This is a lovely, modern, spacious apartment with a Gilbey large kitchen and two bathrooms. It also has a lovely balcony area with seating. We found the latch system easy to use and were able to park in the garage etc.
The location is right next to a homeless shelter and there are a lot of homeless men hanging about in the parking lot opposite and in the streets so we couldn’t walk to the Gulch area as planned so had to Uber everywhere. Uber was great - cheap, quick and meant we could enjoy the property and do everything we had planned in Nashville.

Clean and comfortable. Well stocked
Trains ran 24/7 on the track just outside the back door. The longer we were there, the more we got used to it, but the first night was sleepless. The homeless mission is close by, unsightly but not bothersome

Decor was lovely and really well laid out. Good location but need to uber most places. Very secure. Owners were obliging, pleasant and easy to contact. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Nashville!
Walls are like paper. Could hear the people above us walking around. It is opposite a mission so there are lots of unhoused people outside the building, although they gave us no hassle.
The hair dryers had no nozzles which was a pain and we bought our own as a result.
