This home features a well-appointed first-floor primary bedroom that will be perfect for resting after a night out at The Meeting House or Mama Tigs Pizzarie. Two bedrooms upstairs, jack and jill bathroom plus a tv room with pull out full couch.
Enjoy the newly designed backyard- with turf, yard games, fire pit, pinic table and more! Another great feature of the home is the front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or wine at night.

The Sunfish has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Loved our first Carlton Landing experience, and we will be back!!! The house was perfect for our little getaway. We didn’t mind using the extra couch as a sleeping area, but future guests may want to know that is what the “4th bedroom” consists of. Didn’t matter to us—we absolutely loved the house, loved CL and are already planning to bring our families to this amazing little corner of the lake!

Great location, quiet. Backyard was a nice setup for corn hole and smores in the firepit. Perfect for our 2 boys and 2 adults. Could have comfortably had 2 more kids join us. Near the town center and everything is very close!

We had the best time and loved the front and back porch so much! The backyard with the turf, fire pit, beautiful outdoor furniture was especially wonderful. It was the perfect fit for our little family!

Great place to stay with teenagers. They got to hang out in the pool and it’s a very safe community for them to walk around on their own. Lots of outside activities and amenities.
