Welcome to The Crown - 15 Boulevard
Take a short getaway to the Crown. It's one of the first homes built here in Carlton Landing and gives you that cute southern charm that will make you feel right at home.
The Crown is a beautiful 2 story house that features double wrapped around porches. Each porch has a porch swing that is great for relaxing with a glass of tea and your favorite book. The Crown is also located on the main street of Carlton Landing, where you can watch the kids ride their bikes up and down Boulevard, or roasting marshmallows in the Pavilion. You can walk across the street to The Meeting House and grab a snack or a warm cup of coffee. In the evening, you can enjoy the grill in the garden, have dinner on your screened-in porch, and listen to the serene waterfall coming from the garden.
This home has an elegant, traditional feel. As you walk through the front door, you will see the beautiful wooden staircase that just makes the home so unique. An open and welcoming living, kitchen, and dining room is ideal for large family gatherings. The bunk room is located next to the living room. Also on the first floor, you will find the gorgeous master bedroom and master bath.
At the top of the stairs, you will walk into a small living area, which is great for kids to play games, and hang out with their friends. The sofa hides a queen sleeper for your extra company. You will also find both bedrooms that have a king-sized bed and their own bathrooms. They both have a spare full or twin-sized bed that is great for those big family reunions and need extra sleeping space.

The Crown has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.
All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. The Crown was a perfect house for us at Carlton Landing. The bunk bed room was a big hit with our 3 little grandsons. The location was perfect and convenient to load and off-load from the dock. The long dining room table seated all 11 of us very comfortably. The 5 little ones fit on the long bench. The kitchen had everything we needed. We definitely want to come back!

This home was right across from the Meeting House which was so convenient for grabbing coffees!
The detached garage left us a good spot to park beside. We had 3 large vehicles that weren't in the way.
There was a park not 1/2 a mile down the road for our kiddoes.
Mama Tig's pizza was a short scooter ride down the road.
The garden area beside us gave us privacy from neighbors and allowed us to go look at the chickens, pumpkins, zinnias, and sunflowers.
We are a cooking group and the kitchen/dining was great for serving 9.
The double porch and hanging beds were a hit during the day.
We couldn't figure out the Primary Suite's air conditioning, but maintenance showed up the next day and got everything working in no time.
We could not be happier with the home. We walked the entire area and wouldn't have wished to be in any other location.

The home we stayed in was fabulous! It was named the crown for a good reason. Our family made many memories there. The development was a little disappointing from the last time we were there. Trash receptacles were lacking, the hot tub was green and unsafe, access to the other pool was not there and the rental rates for items at the marina were outrageous. The homes and concept are outstanding!
