The first floor features a beautiful living space and a fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances. The primary king suite towards the back of the first floor. You will love gathering your family around the large dining room table that seats 10! A great feature to the first story of the home is- wrap around porch with an outdoor fireplace, large dining table plus TORNADO SHELTER-located on the front porch.
Take the stairs to reach the second floor of this 2-story retreat. Here you’ll find a fun open concept TV room with queen-size pull-out couch. The best part about the The Mont is the home features 2- king suites on the second story of the home. You can access the second story balcony from one of the King suites where you will find two twin size porch swings- perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine at night.
The backyard at The Mont is fully fenced and offers a Breeo Stove with Adirondack chairs plus, you can enjoy grilling outdoors on the gas grill and tossing a game of corn hole!

First time to Carlton Landing. We really enjoyed the house and the area. The house was very well stocked and very comfortable for our family. We definitely want to come back in the summer with all the activities that are offered.

The Mont is a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable.We loved the porches (upstairs, side, and front!) and the back yard was wonderful. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time, loved that the community was walkable (even though it was hot!). It was fun to rent a golf cart for the day. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the sandy beach. We hope to visit again soon!

our only "complaint" was that we weren't sure if we checked out properly. There were no specific instructions except to set thermostat & lock up, wipe up any spills. But if that was all we needed to do that's a great short list.
