Welcome to Sky Blue Cottage - 39 Redbud Street

This 5 bedroom and 4 full bathroom cottage are perfect for family getaways. With porches on both levels and a back screened porch, as well as a great view of Redbud Park, there is plenty of space for relaxation, play, and time spent together!

This beautiful and spacious cottage boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 downstairs bedrooms, and 4 full baths. There are 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and four twin beds in a bunk room made to match every kid's dream. The living area offers plenty of open space but areas for intimate gatherings. A full dining area, a charming kitchen with an island and additional bar stool seating, and a living room perfect for a family gathering or get-together with friends.

Venture outdoors and you will a front porch with porch swing and chairs, an upstairs balcony that overlooks Redbud Park and offers farther views of the town of Carlton Landing.
A short walk from the Community Pool and Lake Eufaula! The perfect getaway for any size family!

The house was great for our family. Although the living area/kitchen was a bit small for 12 people, there was plenty of seating. The one disappointment was that there was no grill, although one was listed. Cooking fajitas on an electric stove was less than optimal, but we managed. It’s a great location and would recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our girls trip. The five bedrooms accommodated, the nine girls very comfortably and they were outstanding rooms. They had everything we needed for nothing. They have a awesome fire pit outside in Greenbelt right next to the house. We came down to play pickle ball in the community actually purchased new Pickleball nets because the old ones were in terrible shape. Super nice community.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and in-laws stayed at the Sky Blue Cottage over the weekend for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Once you turn in to Carlton Landing, you morph into a different time and scene. The community is comprised of beautiful homes like you would see on the coast. There are kids riding their bikes around town, adults going for a jog or walking their dog, just a laid back care free theme. The property was as described and was perfect for our family. My only complaint with the property was the television service. We had several small children and had it not been for the DVD's we had with us, they wouldn't have had tv to watch because the cable service was in and out every 5 minutes. Other than that small issue, the home was perfect. We walked around the entire community, went to a fish fry that night and just relaxed. If you're looking for an escape, this is the place.

Such a quaint little neighborhood on the lake with lots of sidewalks, green grass and pretty flowers! Great place to meet family and just be together. Swimming pools, ping pong, bocce ball, food trucks and pop up shops on the weekends, peaceful strolls around the pretty properties. We stayed at Sky Blue, the perfect house for a large family. It was a corner lot with a park in the front yard. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Large front porch with swing and screened in back porch with picnic table. Fire pit and hanging lights. Wonderful vacation filled with memories!

Comfortable beds, all the kitchen essentials for cooking at home, and plenty of beds for a large family gathering. We would have appreciated another roll of paper towels and a handful more trash bags. Given most cook meals at home while staying at CL, you have more trash and clean up needs. We would have also have appreciated the use of the cushions for the beautiful front porch swing. We tried to call to inquire about the cushion on Friday at 4pm before the office closed, but no return call. You can never go wrong with a stay in Redbud Park and one of the wonderful homes.

We had 4 kids and 6 adults on our trip, and we stayed 5 nights. The house sleeps 12, so it was perfect. The way it lays out, the patios and entryways, how it is positioned on the park, accessibility, all of it was great. The dishes and appliances provided were also wonderful!

I have a couple pointers for future renters..... 1. If you are staying more than 24 hours you will need to bring your own trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, counter top cleaner etc. We stayed 5 nights and there was probably 24-28 hours worth of most provided. We ended up buying more of everything by the next day, and there are dollar stores in town 10-15 min. 2. if you plan on grilling (like we certainly did), it is not at the property, it is 1-2 blocks away. We had rented a golf cart (which was awesome) and one would hold the food in between two cookie sheets and cooking supplies and the other would drive to the grill and back. It worked great! Love Love Love, and recommend. The staff was extremely helpful when I had any questions or needed anything :)
