High speed internet WIFI, 65” Roku TV, beach chairs and umbrella. Air conditioners in both bedrooms. Modern washer and dryer inside the apartment! Building with 2 pools and direct access to beach. One private roof covered parking separated for you. Brand new elevator! Drive just 10 minutes to El Yunque Rain Forest and 25 minutes to San Juan. Big shopping malls, movies, horse back rides, go karts, bowling and many restaurants nearby.

Stayed with family of 4. The ocean view and the hammock are incredible. Kids loved the river for swimming. The beach downstairs has surfing lessons and wild crashing waves. The rooms were clean and the kitchen stocked, and the balcony was beautiful. There were were many stray cats outside the building near the parking lot and the pool is not operational, despite the pictures on the listing. Osvaldo was very helpful via text and we didn’t miss the pool because the beach was perfect! We would come again despite the building’s quirks.

This condo was a nice clean quiet and comfortable place to get direct access to the beach. Osvaldo made it easy to check in and find the parking spot. There were restaurants in walking distance and the famous Luquillo kiosks were a short 5 min drive. El Yunque was a 10 min drive. We enjoyed the beach right out the back door and my daughter loved reading on the hammock!

Place was large, clean, and perfect for up to 5 people. Great views -spectacular, really- from the 14th floor balcony! Luquillo is a great little town too!!
