PENTHOUSE with Stunning Ocean Views

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse in Luquillo! The views from the 21st floor were absolutely breathtaking, and the balcony was the highlight of the trip. Having an outdoor bar and TV made it the perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings while enjoying the ocean views. The condo was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Puerto Rico. Our only complaints were that the in-unit washer was out of service, so we had to use the community laundry facilities, which was a bit inconvenient. We also would have appreciated having a few extra blankets available for lounging on the couch.Overall, those were minor issues compared to everything else this property had to offer. The location, spectacular views, and beautiful balcony made for an excellent stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice and pleasant. A little tricky getting in, but once we did, the thing that sets this apart is the VIEW and access to the beach at your footsteps. Elvis (host) had good instructions, Other than some minor details missing, we enjoyed our stay. And, everything in the unit worked, especially the AC! But you're so high up that the breeze is amazing.

My family and I were very happy with this true penthouse on the top floor of Sandy hills building. The unit was very nicely updated, had AC throughout, and had amazing views of the beach, town, and jungle. There was even a pack and play in the unit that the host let us use. The host, Elvis, was very helpful with any question we had. This rental is walking distance to many great restaurants. The pool was not operating during our stay but the ocean was very warm. We loved being able to walk outside our door for beautiful long beach walks. The best and consistently calm swimming beaches in Luquillo are probably a 6 minute drive away. On a calm day you can find good swimming within walking distance

We would of enjoyed our stay if it wasn’t for the cold showers!! Elvis did offer some compensation but at the end he would not return our calls and messages. We were very disappointed in the lack of response. It would of been kind if we at least heard back from him and not be ignored.
